BIM MODELER
-
Responsible for developing precise and structured BIM models based on project requirements. This includes producing technical documentation and updating quantities and data to support cost control and estimation processes.
-
Applies advanced knowledge of BIM software to ensure digital accuracy and model integrity. Maintains and refines the models throughout the project lifecycle, adapting them to design updates and technical adjustments as needed.
-
Translates design criteria and engineering data into actionable digital components within the model. Structures model elements for use in simulations, quantity take-offs, and performance analysis, enabling informed project decisions.
BIM COORDINATOR
-
Applies control measures throughout all project phases to ensure execution adheres to defined standards. This includes verifying materials and construction techniques, as well as identifying and resolving technical inconsistencies within the models.
-
Oversees the alignment between on-site execution and the digital model, ensuring design intent is preserved during construction. Supports the Project Manager by facilitating technical communication and model-based coordination in the field.
-
Monitors technical compliance with safety protocols and identifies potential interferences that could lead to operational risks. Ensures that safety considerations are integrated into the modeling process and field implementation.
BIM Project Managers:
A professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all project phases. Oversees schedules, costs, resources, and risks to ensure the process flows efficiently and aligns with strategic goals.
BIM Coordinators:
The key figure in ensuring technical consistency across models, detecting clashes, coordinating disciplines, and managing information accuracy during construction. Oversees quality control, technical safety, and alignment with the digital model.
BIM MANAGER
-
Defines project timelines with precision, aligning milestones, resources, and phases to ensure timely delivery. Actively monitors progress, adjusting the plan as needed to maintain alignment with objectives and deadlines.
-
Oversees financial performance by tracking costs, analyzing deviations, and forecasting expenses. Implements strategies to avoid budget overruns and ensure resources are used efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.
-
Identifies and mitigates risks early in the process through proactive analysis and planning. Ensures overall regulatory compliance and manages changes that may impact project scope, timing, or cost.
BIM Modelers:
A technical expert dedicated to developing and maintaining the project’s digital models. Their work focuses on geometric and documentation accuracy, collaborating with the team to keep project data updated and support decision-making.
ARCHITECTURE AND DESIGN
We combine over 20 years of experience to design innovative projects that span architectural design, interior design and urban planning, with a strong emphasis on energy efficiency and sustainability. We specialize in tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring functionality, aesthetics and high performance at every stage.
As we expand our presence in Europe, starting in Andorra, our goal is clear: to support architects, engineers, contractors and manufacturers with digital solutions that simplify complexity, reduce risk, and turn ideas into built realities with greater confidence.
With a comprehensive approach and meticulous attention to detail, we transform concepts into spaces that inspire and enhance their surroundings.
